Our products
rebar
Billet or shamshal is a type of steel ingot with a long length and a square or circular cross-section. If the maximum width of the billet is 15 cm and has a cross-sectional area of 230 square cm, it is called a billet, which is usually used to produce sections such as rebar and types of wire.
Iron oxide shell
Oxide shell is obtained from rolling and forging steel ingots and parts. This product is used in products that need iron. Iron and silicon have the highest percentage of elements in the composition of the iron oxide shell. The oxide shell is separated from the surface of the product at high temperature in the process of casting and refining the sheet metal until rolling. The recycling of shells can be of special importance from economic aspects that the recycling of these shells is their revival with the help of regenerating agent.
Steel billet
Rebar or reinforcement is steel that is used in concrete to compensate for its low tensile strength. The steel used for this purpose in reinforced concrete structures is in the form of wire or rebar and is called rebar steel. Of course, in certain cases, construction steel such as studs or cans are also used to reinforce concrete. In different countries, rebar steel is produced with different standards, and in each standard there is a specific classification related to the mechanical properties of steel. In Iran, most of the reinforcement steels produced by the Isfahan iron and steel factory comply with the Russian standard.
